Helen is a solicitor specialises in Company, Commercial, Employment, Immigration law and Criminal representation. She also handles conveyancing and Trademark matters. Prior to being a solicitor, Helen had over 20 years of administrative and managerial experience in various business sectors and has solid experience in handling disputes in contractual and employment issues.
Helen is also an accredited general mediator of the HKMC and HKMAAL and the panel mediator of the BMMCO of the Lands Tribunal. She has mediated on a wide range of cases including various types of building management disputes and property ownership disputes. She frequently advising clients on various mediation related issues including preparation for mediation and negotiation strategies. Helen is actively involved in training of new mediators by acting as Coach and Assistant Instructor in various mediation courses.

Professional Mediation Fees (inclusive of perusal of case papers, preparation, pre-mediation liaison/telephone discussions, mediation session and drafting documents):
(1) a Half Day Mediation Session (up to 3 hours): HK$8,000;
(2) a Full day Mediation session (up to 7 hours): HK$12,000;
(3) overrunning time at HK$1,600 per hour. and
(4) any other additional work at HK$1,600 per hour
