I have been in active practice as a barrister for over 40 years and mainly managed in civil work of all kinds. I was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1989. I have had experience as Deputy High Court Judge from 29 April 1991 to 1 June 1991 and High Court Recorder from 25 September 1995 to 25 October 2006. I was accredited as a mediator by Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution London in 2008.
Hourly rate at HK$10,000 and up depending on complexity of the case. Minimum 10 hours.
